Our Commitment to Your Care: Missed Appointment Policy Update

At our practice, we are committed to providing each patient with dedicated, one-on-one care and ensuring that every visit with Dr. Ney is focused, personal, and unhurried. To support this level of care, we are introducing a new missed appointment policy.

If an appointment is missed without notice, a $75 fee will be charged. After three missed appointments, patients will no longer be able to continue care with our office.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we encourage you to call us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. This policy is not meant to be punitive—it is designed to respect the time of our clinical team and the needs of other patients who are waiting for care.

Thank you for helping us maintain a practice built on trust, respect, and personalized attention.
