How Do I Care for My Mini Dental Implant?

Watch the video below as Dr. David P. Ney explains proper hygiene strategies that will keep your mini dental implants in good condition. You may be surprised to learn that caring for your mini dental implants is actually pretty simple.

Basically you would care for just like any other tooth, really. You can floss down typically, so you floss just like any other tooth, but you floss to the implant itself. So you can go under the actual tooth. Under the tooth the other way.

You can use, obviously, brushing and you can use a water pick any of those areas or any of those ways in which to keep things clean. You’re doing exactly at what you would do tooth-wise. The only thing that this doesn’t do is flex.
